text message not appropriate

reveived 3 calls today no message left on recorder. received 3 call yesterday no message left on recorder

caller first called my father saying a summons was issued for my arrest, then told me I need to pay this debt by 6 pm for the 30% settlement or it would be in court. Had no right to threaten me or my father...

This person claims to be a person that works in a law office. Treatened that they were going to take me court...have me arrested, served here at work make me lose my job. Unless, I come up will all the money today...and then said that I can talk to his lawyer and see if I pay half right now then they will do a ODC to keep it out of court. This person did not contact me before today and has no intentions of sending me any information regarding this issue. I've been scammed before and I don't intend to be scammed again.

I keep getting data calls form this number to my cell phone. I called the number back and they won't tell me the name of the company or what they sell or manufacture. Is this the way they circumvent the do-not-call registry by NOT giving their name? i asked to be put on their do-not-calll list and they said they cannot do it, I must officially request that from the person who calls me - but it's a data call! There is no one there when I answer it.

Got a text from this number telling me to call them. I called them back and the line didn't ring and i even sent them a text but it was a landline.

Called left no msg or answer when I answered

Sales call from RDI. Some imbecile named Bruce keeps calling. Search for the RDI web-site and find the general manager's or President name and get this moron fired.

Most of the time they don't leave a message.

We're on the "Do Not Call" list .. this number has been calling us, repeatedly, although I have the recorded calls of the numerous occasions on which I've asked them to remove my number from their rosters .. It stopped for awhile and my husband informed me, just as they called again tonight, that they've started calling again! Tomorrow morning, I'll be lodging a formal complaint with the Attorney General for Illinois .. Perhaps they'll take the hint .. then ..
